Title: Ecosystem "Requires authentication"[SOLVED]

Hi all,
I'm new to Playmaker, so sorry if this question is too obvious for many of you, but I can't find solution anywhere.
When I click "Browse" in Ecosystem, I just get red message "Requires authentication".
Where/how can I authenticate?

There seems to be an issue on the ecosystem server.

I have pinged Jean to have a look at it.

Same here, seems like every time I've tried to use ecosystem this year there has been a server issue

I'm getting the same issue.  It says it requires authentication. This worked fine for me a few days ago.....

Any news on a fix for this? Hasn't been working all day for me.

Hi.
Jean is looking into it, but it looks like the server provider changed something.
So he's probably waiting for a reply from them (i believe last year there was a similar issue, server change something backend without notification)

for now you can still access the actions on github :

Thank you, but can you please explain what file/folder to download from github and where to place it on a computer for it to work? Just one short example for one random addon?

All due respect, but if I knew how to download these things from github, I probably wouldn't need playmaker in the first place.  :)

Hi.
Select an action.cs script, then select 'raw' then Right Click and save.
Its best to save within the same folder (in the gif sample its Assets/Playmaker Custom Actions/Camera) as on github (starting from Assets).

Ok, thank you very much, I think that will do the trick for now.
Just hope Ecosystem will be operational soon.

Hi Guys,

 I am on it, Gihub might have updated it's rest api or authentication system... but it's not obvious right now what's going on. I am investigating,

 I'll keep you posted on progress.

 Should be good, but you may have some request limit warnings, in which case you have to wait on minute... I am sorry about that, Github is limiting public access more and more every year...

Sweet. Thanks Jean. Now I can try to get rid of the linker wizard. Agreed with milmil btw. Awesome stuff we got here with playmaker! ❤️
