Title: Ecosystem Bad Credentials error

It appears this error has returned.  I see posts concerning it from 2020, but nothing more recent.  Any advice on fixing this issue with Ecosystem?

I am also still getting the error.

I understand there are priorities and this may not get fixed right away.  No problem.

I'm in a bit of a bind though, and I am specifically trying to acquire the Linker Wizard.  I was unable to find it in the wiki or github, but I must be overlooking it.

Does anyone have a link to download this utility directly?
