Title: Ecosystem. how to remove actions
Post by: wheretheidivides on December 15, 2014, 02:55:25 PM
So the ecosystem has a new action for button click fir the new ugui. The old one I am using is messed up.  I had states using the old action that I now replaced.  So I deleted the old action, but the thing is that playmaker gives errors in the console wanting the old action.  I am not using the old action, but playmaker stills wants it even though I deleted it.

So my question is this, is there a way to delete an action from the ecosystem without it giving errors in the console looking for it?

Try Playmaker > Tools > ReSave All FSMs In Build

I don't have that option. using playmaker 1.7.7.f6.

Ah I guess its a 1.8 feature.

I've had this hiccup a couple of times, restarting unity usually fixed it, but sometimes resaving the fsm does too. If you proceed to work as usual, the FSM will save and it should clear out.

If it persists, file a bug report with a scene that has that FSM in it.

I'll just leave it there for now (even though its buggy).  I have restarted unity and it still is there.  So my next question is when is playmaker 1.8 going to be released?

Hi,

One word on the ecosystem:

The upcoming version of the Ecosystem will feature a button to Delete an item, so that's going to be easier.

 Bye,
