Title: duplicated global events shows no errors but is prone to problems

Hi,

 If I create two states and plug the same global transition on both of them, only one will receive it.

 it might be obvious on smal fsm, but on larger ones, this can easily be missed by the author.

 maybe a warning would be nice, since anyway this is the wrong approach and will lead to problems since only one state will be called out of all the ones plugged with that global transition.

Good idea. I'll try to sneak this into the next update...
