Title: increase attachement maximum size

Hi,

 Currently 128Kb limit for attachement is very small for screenshots,and now that we can take the whole fsm screenshot, it will become an issue to share quality screenshots.

Is it possible to increase this so that for example a large full screen shot can be shared as a jpg compressed at 80%? something like 400Kb would do I think.

Good idea. I increased the attachment size to 512k.
