Title: Create new event / variable inline.

I think that it'd be nice to be able to set up actions, realize that you need a new variable, drop down the variable selector and choose 'create'.  You then choose a name, data type, and whether or not it's global then it will be created and be selected in the blank that you are operating upon.

The same could be done with events.  This would make the workflow much smoother, in my opinion.

I agree. Been thinking this for a while, but haven't got round to it yet...
