Title: JRPG style dialogue (typewriter effect)

How could I make a state machine that make a letter appear at each frame? And if you click with your mouse all the sentence will appear
Guess it has something to do with a String Length, but I can't figure out

 check out the Ecosystem browser, it has a string Type writer (http://hutonggames.com/playmakerforum/index.php?topic=8870.0) action dedicated to this, made by lane.
