Title: Best way to make options and controls?

Hello. Can someone recommend the best way for doing options for basic stuff (setting resolution etc.) and controls. I'm making a 3d first person game and player should be able to change buttons in the menu and during gameplay. I've found cInput with playmaker actions and Actions for CNControls pack from asset store. Can someone recommend which one is better or if there is a better way to do it. Does the new version 1.8 have some actions for settings if so I could just wait for an update? Thanks.
