Title: help with game like swat 4

i want to make game like swat 4 Team Leader and Followers

i don't wanna followers keep moving when i look left and right

until now it work fine but i have a problem when turn back my followers move front of me

i want they to go behind me

Have you tried Rain AI (free and very pro)? They have all types of formations presets etc..

Also why don't you make them wait until you have overpassed them and only then you allow them to move?

Rain is very slow on mobiles my main target android
