Title: How to make Swipe to Clean stuff for mobile game with playmaker?

i mean something like this

i want to make a game that the objective is to clean dirty shoes (unity 2d sprite) using swipe to clean method like in that game.

i don't have any idea how to implement it via playmaker (and i dont know how to code this too)
please help me, thank you very very muchhhh

okay it's working really well
but...

how to detect if player have finished to remove the dust?? :(
