Post by: Rabagast on April 23, 2016, 11:47:48 AM
Hi!
Take a look at my new game for Android. It's a memory matching game with very sweet images created by my wife. :)

Hey man i love the graphics... and of course the gameplay (as kids we had memorized all the combinations in Super Mario 3 card mini game, my buddy even drew them on the wall of my room :P ).
How did you make the hi-score table? did you use array maker? Please if you have time, share your method. I made my scoreboard without arraymaker (because i don't understand the tutorials), but doesn't work very well.

Keep up the great work.

Hi!
Thank you! Nice to hear that you like it.  :)
My wife made the graphics. It's simple, but very sweet.  :)

It took me very long time before I got a high score table to work as I want. I use Array Maker. I need to thank two people who helped me with Arrays and the high score table.

I don't find the tutorials I first watched. Don't remember his name either, but thanks to him for basic tutorials.  :)
djaydino helped me a lot with the player input, so the player will be able to write his/her own name.

When I have time, I can create a very simple game to show how I made the high score table.

Ps. I also loved and still love Super Mario. Remember the memory game there to get extra life, power ups, etc. :)

I still remember a couple of combinations. We always checked for the flower first... anyway, good experiences!

That would be very generous of you!
A million thanks!
