It looks like you've imported the Mecanim Animator add-on without importing Playmaker first...?

First of All i've imported Play Maker.. after i've importel 3D Infinite Runner Kit and after i've imported IMPORT THIS After Playmaker

That error generally means Playmaker is not installed.

Did you install playmaker from the welcome screen:

Did you run Playmaker before importing add-ons? It's always a good idea with unity to make sure each import worked before doing more, otherwise it becomes harder to track down problems.
