Collision works just fine in unity works just fine in build for PC. But I make a build for Android and everything bounces off every thing never does the destroy command from collision.

When you build for android, are you using (in playersettings) stripping level?
if so try setting this on disable

Its on disabled, also I tried changing every thing to triggers this also does not work. But does work in console and other builds.

Doing a lot of problem searching it seems the tags might be corrupted but even when I redo them doesn't seem to fix the problem. There is code instructions to fix these things but as it would half to be coded into the play maker not sure what to do.

Tag gets lost if you package content from one project to another, so this could be it.
