Hi, I need to do something that I don't have any idea how can I achieve that.

I need to change value of a float variable buy Unity UI slider! is that possible? can I do that?

I think it is. Search for Playmaker get Property.

Hi,
You need to get "ugui proxy full" from the Ecosystem (https://hutonggames.fogbugz.com/default.asp?W1181)

and then check out this video :
