Title: Select Random Float

Hello,

I could not find an action to select a random float, so here is one ready to go! Useful for selecting floats after being randomly generated with the random float action. It is a modified version of the select random string official action.

Great one, shortens from two actions to one :)

 good, I uploaded it on the Ecosystem and made a SelectRandomInt variant too.
