I have a prefab that had two different game object variables. Something happened,and now changes in the prefab are not updating properly in the scene anymore.
This is what I've under the prefab:

and this is what i get in the scene version:

it seems that if I drag the prefab to the scene again, it has the proper values, but the earlier prefabs are still not updating. is this a Unity issue? is there anyway to refresh the prefabs?

What version of Playmaker are you using? (Main Menu > PlayMaker > About Playmaker...)

playmaker 1.3.2
unity 3.5.1f2
got around the problem by creating the prefabbed element again in the scene, hope it doesn't happen again. Sorry for really messy bug report :(
It definitely had something to do with game object variables, as I was tweaking them around when it happened.

There was a bug fix for this in 1.3.3.
Backup your project before updating!

I updated PM, and everything seemed be working. Until it happened again, with another object this time.. argh. :-\
Some values just won't update. Do I have too many variables or what's causing this? I didn't have any problems earlier.
How it happened this time:
I was tweaking game object variables. I'm using set position action: specify game object > the gameobject variable is stuck into using wrong GO variable. drag and dropping the prefab in to the scene has no effect.

Is the problem persistent? E.g. you can close Playmaker/Unity, re-open and it's still broken? If so can you send me the project in the broken state?
I haven't been able to reproduce this problem here, so a working repro case would be great!
EDIT: Can you also submit a bug with the Playmaker bug reporter so I get more info on your setup? Thanks!
