Hello, I am very new in script and want to make this function works by playmaker.
This video is something about field of view and I don't understand how it works since everything is in script :( Could you help me to make this function with playmaker? Or is it impossible to do it?
What I want to do is to make the guards have lights in front of them (like they holding torches) and they detect the player when it's inside of the torch light.
I am stuck here for quite long time so I really hope you could help me out.

Thanks for the link! But how did you make the visible circle around the object? I'm not really sure if it's me who can't find it from your video :( what I want to get are the visible circle and the view angle from the video that I have posted.

Sorry i did not watch the video as i was on mobile.
I am traveling at the moment, but i am at a wifi hot spot now.
Maybe this series can get you into the right direction :
It does not visualize the light tho.
I am downloading the videos from your link (it will take a while, very slow connecton) and i will check them out.
I will be back home next week, i can then try to get it to work with playmaker.
Meanwhile you can try yourself of course :)

and also thanks for the tutorial videos! I've seed this videos before and they have helped me a lot :)
Since it is inconvenient for you to see the videos, I brought an image to explain what I want to achieve.
So the image I've attached is what I want to make with playmaker.
This is an free asset named '2D Dynamic Lights and Shadows' (the link:https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/kr/#!/content/24083)
and what I want to understand are how to get the points the light hits, color specific areas, and the changes of radians and segments of the light.
Sorry if I'm bothering you. I am just working on this for quite long time and frustrated because I still couldn't find the answer.. :'(

Hi,
Just to let you know i'm working on it.
So far i got everything on the 1st video (included a script to see the radius and angle in edit mode) , except instead of using a draw line i changed the color from the targets when in range.
Don't mind the light flickering, its because of the low res recording for the gif file.

I am still waiting for the approval from the asset store to release my samples scenes on the store
More than 1 month now :( Probably very busy atm. as updated are having privilege, my update on my other asset took 2 weeks and submitted the same day.
This sample will be included in the asset :)
