Title: Right click on Global Transition not bringing up menu?

Hi,
I'm using Playmaker 1.8.9 and Unity 2017.3. I'm right-clicking over a Global Transition attached to a State, but the menu is not coming up for it. I'd like to delete it. I tried restarting. Is there a new way to do this?

edit: If I right click in the FSM i get a menu but right clicking over any transition i get nothing.

Update: So I created a new Unity project and installed playmaker. The right-click menu works for the global transition/events. I can change the transition or delete it, with the pop up menu by right-clicking over it.

Why would it be non responsive in my main project? ??? :'( 

Any ideas?
