Title: Can't check 'global' event?

For some reason I can't check the 'global' box in the events panel.

What's the name of the event you're trying to make global? Is it the name of an existing system event, such as LEVEL LOADED etc? as I don't think you can 'tick' to make those ones global, as they already exist and already are by default as far as I know.
