How do i set the secondary material of an object through PlayMaker?

For example in this photo, I would like the change the material "Test" is that achievable?

Have you tried using the Set Property action?

Using "Set Material" you can assign an index, in your case that would be "1".

Hi.
What Doh said is correct, Set Property should be avoid using unless you really have no other choice.
