Title: Input box disappears

Hi

I've noticed a weird behaviour in playmaker. Sometimes options inside the action, like input boxes, just disappear when I klick something or they just don't even show up, unless I put them in a different state.

See the attached images for an example using "Set tag". As soon as I try to use a string variable instead of an existing tag, the whole input box is gone.

If I use Set tag in a different state it works. When I copy the working action from this state in to the other, the input box disappears again.

Unity is up to date (2018.2.4f1), Playmaker too, I think (1.90.f5)

Ideas?

Strange indeed.

Have you send a bug report inside unity also?

You can find it under Playmaker/Tools

 yes, please report via the bug reporter. This is odd indeed. do you have any error in the console when this happens?

I haven't filed a report yet because I don't know how to reproduce it. It only seems to occur in certain states, but I can't see a pattern. I'll keep trying.

There are error messages in the console, but they all seem to be about obsolete actions and the custom action "Hashtable to json".

Should I still file a report?
