Hi,

 Have you checked this thread?

http://hutonggames.com/playmakerforum/index.php?topic=1253.0 (http://hutonggames.com/playmakerforum/index.php?topic=1253.0)

there is no documentation per say for integrating pathfinding in playmaker. I suggest for a start that you read the Unity documentation, because the concepts totally applies of course. If you have any questions, I'll do my best to answer and provide support so that you can learn how to integrate pathfinding with playmaker. It's not difficult as most of the work is done with the unity editor anyway ( creating the navmeshes, the agents, etc etc).

bye,

 Jean

In the meantime that Unity v. 4 comes to life (and then I will most likely consider to buy Pro), would you suggest any cost effective yet efficient third party tool to make decent pathfinding without going crazy?

Hello,
I would like to ask, is there navigation or navmesh agent in actions browser in some version? Currently I work with navmesh agent and alter values there depending on conditions.

I guess tehre would be way around this by assigning it to variables and then supply values from playmaker, but that feels kind of like cruising on a ship, but needing flippers to reach the shore :)

Thank you very much
Japo

Sorry if I am unclear. I am after a button in Action Browser that says "Pathfinding" as it does in action references  on your site :) I mean if there is some patch or something that adds the button, or if said button exists...

Thank you :)

Hi,

I see, they are all under "navMesh" and "navMeshAgent" category, not "pathFinding"

Hello, now I would ask... is it in version 1.4.3f5 ?
Thats because I do not have those buttons either. I would not have bugged you if there were nav* buttons :)
