Title: Recent actions tab separate

I would like to have the recent tab in the action window to be always open or in a new window.. it would like make my workflow so much faster... because I am always using the same actions anyways and to look them over and over again is such an inefficient time consuming way.

 I usually dock the action this way, which then always have my recent actions at hand
