Title: Visibility of the Action Browser button

Considering that this browser enables the drag and dropping of actions into the graph view, which automatically creates a state with the name of the action, it does not make sense to have to click on a state to have access to this button.

Q: Therefore, shouldn't this button be visible and available even if not state is selected?

Hi.
Indeed the action browser button is not visible when no state selected.

I never noticed as i always have my Action browser docked.
