Title: Open Local Gallery in mobile phone

Please tell me how to make the user select a photo from the gallery of his phone and this photo becomes a picture of an object in the unity3d?

Is this tool universal for android and ios?

Hi,

 yes, you'll need to find a solution that lets you do that from Unity, Unity doesn't give you anything by default for this kind of interaction.

I'd go with that plugin yes, especially if it has built in support, this is great.
