Title: Windows WriteToClipboard and ReadFromClipboard

Hey guys,

I made these two very simple actions for a code generator I am working on. These allow you to write a string to the windows clipboard and read the clipboards value and store it in a string. Tested and working in Windows 10.

Hopefully someone can use them.
