Title: Set Fsm AudioClip

Hi All,

Would it be possible to create an action that would set an AudioClip variable in another FSM?

There are Set Fsm actions for every type of variables except Sprites and AudioClips.
Would it be possible to create a Set Fsm AudioClip action?

whats wrong with set audio clip and assign the audio source from a different game object?

I'm absolutely shocked at the fact that there have been 431 views and nobody has bothered to offer a solution. I'm SURE there is a solution to your problem with the current built in actions or on the eco system.

I.E you can set an audio clip as a global variable but to access that global variable you need to access "set object value", a built in playmaker action.

I'm not sure what level your at with playmaker, to me this would be enough info.

Just let me know if its not.

In hindsight, you are posting in the wrong section. This is for extensions of the ecosystem.

Hi.
You can use Set Fsm Object for variable types that are not included with the other Set Fsm actions.

Also this post is like 6+ months old, if it would not be solved yet the person would have bumped this post :)

I'm not holding you, lane or dj dino accountable, but 500+ other users viewed it and didn't bother to answer. What is the point of a forum of thousands if we only rely on 3 people for answers.

Also consider adding a notification system to your forum.

Many people do answer questions on the forum.

Probably those 500+ other do not know how to code so they are not able to answer.

Maybe those 500+ people where looking for an action like this...

Maybe those 500+ people looked thru all posts and answered other questions...
