Title: Action to just add simple info text to the state?

Hi!
I am almost sure that I've seen this before somewhere but I can't find it! I would like an action that is just plain and simple text. For keeping notes inside a state. I know that there is a "description" under each state to add text but it only works well if you like 3-5 words, otherwise it will be all over the screen.

Does this action exists? I imagine it could not be very hard to create otherwise.
