Title: how do i get a mouse axis from the input manager out of a locked cursor?
Post by: Fleech on October 15, 2020, 02:28:04 PM
how do i get a mouse axis out of a locked cursor? if i lock the cursor using the cursor lock action the mouse axis in the input manager locks the X Y data as well. i just want a locked cursor and also be able to get the pure X Y of the mouse from the input manager

basically i'm just trying to use the X Y of the mouse axis to move an object on an X  Y plane

so i just need the simple X Y data not resetting to zero. so far the mouse look action works even if you lock the cursor. so if i cant use the raw data as i would prefer, im going to have to set up a dumb solution using objects and the mouse look action

Hi,
If you just hide mouse instead of locked?
