Title: Customising State Action Inspector
Post by: JustMeAgain on September 24, 2012, 01:27:50 PM
Hey, I was wondering if it's possible to customise the GUI element associated with a variable for an action in the state inspector view, namely changing the tiny string input textfield into a much larger text area. ie - see the Set String Action, String Value property.

For long strings, you can't see everything that you've typed. It obviously still works, but just wondering if it can be customised somewhere in the code ( had a quick look and set some height variables somewhere, but they didn't seem to work! )

Thanks!

Hi,

Unfortunatly no, we can't modify or implement our own gui for actions interface. This is a limitation indeed, hopefully future versions of playmaker will start allowing us to write custom UI for our actions.

bye,

 Jean
