Title: Get Substring with int add produces inaccurate results

I am essentially scanning a string using INT ADD on the length of a GET SUBSTRING action. Anything higher than 1 causes the Get Substring to skip, cutoff parts, or just straight up not get a string.

Doesnt work correctly when you input an int manually either.
