Title: Bug Report Window

Hi,

it seems the Bug Report Window is broken. After clicking on Submit Report a popup shows up:
"Error Submitting Report: Unknwon Error"

The reset button doesn't seem to work either.

What versions of PlayMaker and Unity are you using?

I just tried a test here and it worked okay. But there are some variables:
- The bug report uses a third party service (Fogbugz), maybe there was a problem accessing the service. Have you tried again since?
- Firewalls or virus protection could be an issue.

I can confirm that Reset doesn't work! Will fix that in the next update. Thanks!

Sorry, here are the specs:
Unity Version: 2018.4.8f1
Playmaker Version: 1.9.1.p3

It's still not working. I checked the firewall settings, all Unity tools have access.
I also got no message from the firewall.

I've installed the latest Unity LTS (2019.4.21f1) and the latest Playmaker update from yesterday. Submitting a bug report worked fine!
