For some reason, when I import Playmaker in Unity 2020.3, the "gizmos" and the "plugins" section on the import list are unchecked and it wont let me select them for import. All I'm getting are the scripting files. So, no editor, no nothing. HELP!!!

Hmm, I just tried here and it's working in 2020.3. Are you importing into a new project or a project with PlayMaker already imported? If the files already exist in the project the folder will be unchecked in the import dialog. Do you have any errors in the Unity Console?

I noticed it when importing into a new project, but then I switched over to a "test" project that I had previously created and the same issue was there as well. No compilation errors at all...?

Maybe the package isn't up to date. Try clearing the package manager cache:

Unless I'm mistaken, the latest version is 1.9.1.p4. from March 6, 2021. Is that correct, because that's what's showing in my unity as well....??

The package manager bug also fails to update the package when changing Unity versions. You might have a package for a different version of Unity. Did you try deleting the asset store cache?
EDIT: Also, to double check, are you installing from the Welcome Window after importing the package?
