Title: Option to select where action will be added when you double click it.

Right now if any action is selected in Playmaker Editor window and I double click action in actions window. Playmaker adds action at the top of selected action, but in an absolute majority of cases I need this action below selected action.

So I need to do additional dragging and dropping that could be avoided if Playmaker added actions below selected action by default.

I would love to see editor option that allowed users to select where double clicked action will be placed.
