Hi, I have been sending two refund emails (one yesterday and one today) but I haven't been receiving any replies.
I bought Playmaker during the discount some other day because I heard this might be able to help me to make a better workflow. But after using it for a while, I think this approach doesn't fit me, so I wanted to request a refund.

It's been so long since I sent the first request email and it's been ignored for whole month. And I just another email not long ago. And, yet, no response.
This is very unprofessional for Hutong Games, knowing its one of best selling developer. Sure, no developer liked to get refunded. But this kind of silent treatment is very disapponting.
