Title: How to export playmaker globals[solved]
Post by: colpolstudios on May 23, 2022, 03:34:54 PM
My current project uses playmaker Globals, but how do I export these globals without giving everyone who downloads my project a free copy of playmaker?

When I export my package I deselect all the playmaker items.

I can't seem to just select only the Globals. I tried to use the tools playmaker export globals, but keep getting an error that the package could not be decompressed when I try to reload into a new project or sometimes I get no globals to import.

My only success was to use windows explorer and copy the globals from the original project and then in the new project after install of playmaker find the resources folder and paste it into it.

This works and all of the globals are intact along with the events; even global events.

unity version 2020.3.28f1 and playmaker version 1.9.4
