Title: Offset Mouse Cursor Set?

I'm using the "Set Mouse Cursor" action and was wondering if there's a method to "offset" the cursor, similar to Unity's "hotspot" option. I hope this is an easy solution. In essence, I changed the normal cursor to a pointing hand because I wanted the "interaction point" to be the tip of the finger, which is closer to the top left of the image than the default center. Thanks!
