Where is the WWW Object, it's still exists?

It still exists. However WWW is not supported in iOS and Android builds. Maybe you switched to one of those platforms?

would it be possible to get these action also for android?
that would be great for many thinks.
but I need that function for communication between installed apps o a device.

It's actually a Unity limitation  :-\

But you might be ale to find other ways to do this on iOS/Android...
