Title: Camera Fade Out that only fire finished once

Hi,

 Please find a new version of Camera Fade out action, that does exactly the same thing, BUT only fires the finished event once. Very useful to keep the color you faded out to when building complex GUI, without having to implement the color you faded to on each states.
