Title: Random wait action

I've been working on a few AI projects recently & random waiting is something I've used a lot. Normally i use a random float action then a wait action. I decided to merge the two actions to save me some time, so...

I present to you... the random wait action. lol  ;D

Set a minimum and maximum number and an event to fire off and that's it. Enjoy.
