Title: Delete all inactive actions in a state

Would it be possible to have an option that removes inactive actions from a state. Quite often my development, i uncheck actions and add new ones until I'm happy with the results, then have to go back and delete all the old actions, a delete inactive option would be very much appreciated.

Yeah, that seems like a useful option...
