Hi,

 Ok, this is a cleaned version of the ScaleTime that only adjust the time scale, and leave the fixeddeltatime alone, as I feel it should not really be changed to begin with ( correct me if I am wrong, but I can't find a concrete use case for adjusting fixed delta time).
