Hi,
I've just installed the WP8 addon for my project but when I try to build the solution I get the following error:
Error building Player: Exception: Error: method `System.String System.Text.Encoding::GetString(System.Byte[])` doesn't exist in target framework. It is referenced from PlayMaker.dll at System.String HutongGames.PlayMaker.FsmUtility::ByteArrayToString(System.Byte[]).
What can I do to solve this?
Thank you,
Vlad

Hi,
If you try an empty clean project with playmaker with a dummy scene, does it also fire this error? else, could you tell me what actions you are using? I'll try to repro here.

Jean

Hi,
I'm not sure why the issue occurred but after updating to the latest Unity version and re-importing the project it worked fine.
Thank you,

Are you on Unity 4.3 ? I had to go back to 4.2 to get it to compile... They are working on an update, but I dont know how long til it is submitted.

I think it is specifically Unity 4.2.1 that it compiles for... haven't tried 4.2.0
