Title: Input Axis extended 8 ways and adding holding shift right key
Post by: colpolstudios on December 07, 2013, 01:22:09 AM
I am using the input axis 8 way in a walking FSM.

I am using the input axis 8 way in a Sneaking FSM.

Currently when you press down on the shift right key you activate sneaking, but you do not need to hold the shift key down all the time.

You press the key and you are in sneak mode so to speak.

Possibly I will need to include within the sneaking FSM get key down before I enter the input get axis extended?

What would be the best method to incorp holding shift and use the input axis extended?

Anyway for now you can test out this SPRITE, I reused the unity stealth playmaker package for the area.

Currently the camera follows the SPRITE.

W, A, S, D or arrow keys to move.

Press right shift key to change from walking to sneaking.

Animation done in Daz Studio with the Genesis figure using the free animation blocks that come with daz with the exception of the sneaking, this comes from poser G2 sneaking.

The camera and light setup used in Daz Studio for rendering the character is a custom setup of mine.

I also modified the simple sprite free java script to make it more user friendly.
