Title: How to remove playmaker from project?
Post by: eddieq on February 05, 2014, 08:02:50 AM
What’s the correct way to remove playmaker from my project?

I’ve scripted everything I need after using Playmaker for prototyping & I don’t need it in the project anymore as it is showing a lot of warning messages during compilation.

Delete the Playmaker folder.
If you're not using photon or iTween you can delete those folders too.
You can also delete the Gizmos folder if no other assets have installed icons there.

Can you post the warnings you get on compilation? Also build platform and Playmaker/Unity versions. Thanks!

Here are the info:

Unity 4.3.2f1
Playmaker 1.7.5f2

No more warnings after deleting the folders.
Thanks!

Hi,

I think you need to update Unity, PlayMaker and the quaternion package.

I am running on Unity 4.3.3, PlayMaker 1.7.7 and the latest Quaternion package from the wiki and I don't have these warnings.

But, that's of course if you use PlayMaker to begin with, if you have a project where you don't use playmaker, then you shoud not have it in your project.

Bye,

 Jean
