Title: What is this "PlayMakerUnity2D.unitypackage" ?
Post by: 3DforMe on February 22, 2014, 02:08:45 PM
Is playMaker compatible with the new unity 4.3 2D game features?

Saw the below quote but I don't know what it means? Is this a demo game project? Does this package add functionality that isn't included in the 95$ license of playMaker? I am currently interested in playMaker for 2D game creation.

"Unity 2D support comes as a package with all the actions and tools needed. You can download the current package below:

You can use any of the Add-on actions once you buy playmaker. There are heaps of extra actions for 3rd party extensions. If you own those extensions then you can just download the addon actions and use them with it.

The 2D actions are considered an "Add-on" because they aren't shipping in base PlayMaker, but you can easily access them on the wiki.
