Title: Editing of prefab instance is disabled. See Preferences.

What preferences? (Unity's? PlayMakers?). How and where can I enable editing of prefab instances.

Playmaker preferences, you can toggle the warning on or off.

In the Playmaker editor look to the bottom right for the Preferences button, under the General tab you'll find Prefab options at the bottom of the list.
