Title: Copy Actions?? [SOLVED]

Is there a way to copy actions?? I feel like I have read it can be done, but can't figure out how to do it!

I'd prefer this to copying states.

In PM 1.2 its under Settings (cog) icon - upper right corner of that particular action.
Then you can use simply ctrl+v

Hmm, I really can't figure it out. Obviously I know where the settings cog is, left/right clicking it provides: reset/remove / move- up/down. can't use copy paste in those areas, and can't copy paste from hovering over the action anywhere.

lol any idea? I'm sure it's going to be embarrassing.
