Title: Disabled Actions still run on windows phone devices

Hi,

I'm using PlayMaker 1.7.7.f6 - Windows Phone 8 Version with Unity 4.5.4f1. If I disable an action (by clear the check next to the action title in the State tab), this action will not run on Editor but still run on Windows Phone devices.

Is it a bug? If it is a bug, which PlayMaker fixed it?

It is a bug. It should be fixed in 1.8.0 (coming soon) but it's been quite hard to track down the cause of this...
