Hey,
Im using Playmaker v1.7.7.2 on Unity 4.6 (PC)
Getting that error when trying to save:
Templates can only be saved in the Project's Assets folder!
tried to save at the default location (Project\assets\playmaker\Templates) and other locations, like the Assets folder, but still no success :-\
Is there a solution for this problem?
Help will be most appreciated.
Thanks
MZK

I just tried it here with Unity 4.6 and PM 1.7.7.2 and it seems to be working...
Are you sure you're saving it in the open project's asset folder (not another project)?

Yes Alex, Just Checked again, same project..
So i did a test- created a new project and imported PM. now i can save template.
but still wondering, how can i fix the issue at the project that i'm currently working on..
Thanks

Is there something different about that project? Network drive, Dropbox folder, write protected folders...?

I work on two diffrent locaions:
at 1st location i use dropbox but before i begin to work i stop it from syncing.
at the 2nd location no dropbox installed so im just copying the whole project and working on it without dropbox present.
and both locations same issue
Do u think thats causing the problem?
i remember using older version of PM on different project with dropbox, without any problems...

OK, I'm having exactly same problem and now I fixed it..
I just re-import the whole Playmaker assets from asset store and
restart unity, and now it works!
